| Please have all the Officials go to www.usahockey.com and familiarize themselves with the 2006-07 New Standard of Play and Rules Emphasis, as this will be tightly administered this coming season. All Officials over the age of 18 are required to be given a background check, this will be a discrete issue and administered through PNAHA only. This is a USA Hockey requirement.
