Toby Wolfe
Referee in Chief - Oregon
Toby was born and raised in the Portland area and later moved to Corvallis to pursue his education. Outside of work, Toby enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. He has a long-standing passion for hockey.
As the Referee-in-Chief for the state of Oregon, Toby continues to lead the sport by officiating and mentoring new hockey officials and representing Oregon in the Western Hockey League.

Our 8 person Board of Directors supports the growth of Oregon Hockey Officials throughout the State and Pacific District. Monthly Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday. Elections and Annual Meeting are held in April. Directors are elected for two year terms. For more information about OHOA, reach out below.
